HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO OUR TEAM (Overview & Key
Responsibilities):
The responsibility of the Lead Technician is to support and promote
growth within the region through new customer onboarding by way of
service, parts, and chemical sales for the car wash industry. The
Lead Technician will have extensive knowledge in all aspects of the
car wash industry. General knowledge of electrical, electronic,
pneumatic, and hydraulic systems will be required.
This role will assist the sales team and independently solicit new
customers for services (emergency and non-emergency), planned
maintenance, support equipment installation and chemical set-up and
delivery. The ideal candidate will also assist in future talent
acquisition and may be required to provide job duties consistent
with a leadership role.
This role will collaborate with all department heads to ensure
success within the assigned territory. Departments include
Equipment Sales, Chemical Sales, Customer Experience Department,
Service Department, New Equipment Installation Department,
Warehousing, Purchasing, and Chemical delivery.
