This position involves cutting, shaping, and preparing steel components used in our innovative building systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically skilled, and capable of reading and interpreting technical drawings. Responsibilities Cut and shape structural steel parts to specifications Operate shop equipment including grinders, punches, press brakes, drill presses, magnetic drills, and standard drills Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Maintain safe and organized work practices Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion Qualifications Hands-on experience in steel fabrication (preferred) Proficiency with shop tools (grinders, punches, press brakes, drills) Ability to read and understand blueprints and fabrication drawings Strong attention to detail and safety standards Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Why Join Us?
