We're in search of a detail-oriented Dental Team Leader to oversee our daily operations, supervise administrative and clinical staff, and ensure our business runs efficiently and patients have a great experience. Responsibilities:
--- Measure and manage an administrative and clinical team and ensure office protocols are effective and being followed
--- Support administrative team where needed
--- Present treatment plans and financial options to patients
--- Understand dental procedures, treatment options terminology
--- Know how dental insurance works, and manage insurance payment denials
--- Manage patient and team scheduling
--- Recruit, interview help onboarding with fresh team members
--- Monitor inventory of office supplies budgeting
--- Act as business liaison with Dr. Clark
--- Establish patient rapport
--- Assist with the practice Marketing
--- Ensure we are reaching our Practice Mission

Qualifications:

--- High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
--- Displays strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
--- 2 years of Dental experience
--- Proven experience as an Administrative Manager
--- Proficient with MS Office and comfortable with technology and other computer software
--- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
--- A team player with leadership skills
--- Possess an attitude that is focused on excellent customer service
--- Independent, self-motivated yet also able to work in a team environment successfully
--- Ability to work with Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat to assist our marketing coordinator
--- Utilizes effective problem-solving skills intense situations
--- Driven to succeed
