109th St., Suite 210, Overland Park, Kansas 66211Summary:The
Accounting Supervisor is responsible for assisting in the
reconciliation of G/L Accounts and monthly financial close. - The
Accounting Supervisor assists in managing the accounting,
bookkeeping and general office procedures.Supervisory
Responsibilities:This job has direct supervisory
responsibilities.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the
following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Manage all aspects of G/L, A/P and Inventory including
reconciliation of schedules
- Assists in General Ledger maintenance
- Perform other general office duties as neededAssist in all
areas of operation as requested by management
- Maintains CSI at or above company standards - - -
- Ensures that necessary controls are in place to safeguard
dealership assets
- Assists in training and supervising office staff
- Reinforces company policies and adheres to company
standards
- Encourages compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Assists in preparation of annual budget
- Ensures that annual external audit requirements are met
- Maintains effective employee relations
- Promotes and maintains good ESIQualifications:To perform this

- Ability to interpret, understand, and follow instructions and

personnel.Environment Demands:Duties are performed primarily in the
dealership office. - Work includes several hours a day analyzing
financial records of the dealership, posting accounts, and
performing other administrative tasks. - The office manager
frequently interacts with other employees and members of
management.Computer Skills:Knowledge of computer systems and
proficient keyboard skills.Competency: To perform the job
