progressive care units is needed to support patient care in a
tertiary care hospital recognized for excellence in nursing and

balanced lifestyle. Qualifications and Desired Experience: -
Minimum 2 years of RN experience in medical-surgical, telemetry, or
progressive care settings - Current BLS and NIHSS certifications -
Proficiency in cardiac telemetry monitoring, emergency response,
and dysrhythmia interpretation - Experience with IV therapy
including blood product administration, central/PICC line care, and
various medication protocols - Familiarity with respiratory
management, including chest tubes and non-invasive airway
techniques - Skilled in wound care and isolation precautions -
Comfortable floating between departments as needed - Ability to
handle 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratios with occasional flexibility to
1:6 Responsibilities: - Provide high-quality nursing care to
patients with complex medical diagnoses including pulmonary,
cardiac, neurological, renal, urological, and wound concerns -
Monitor cardiac rhythms, administer medications per protocol, and
respond to rapid changes in patient condition - Collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and effective
treatment plans - Perform phlebotomy and all IV therapy procedures
- Support unit needs through flexible floating between areas and
participation in holiday shifts or charge assignments - Work
12-hour night shifts according to schedule, including up to 8
weekend shifts every 6 weeks Additional Details: - Charting system:
