Job Description:

is seeking a Quality Specialist RN to enhance our patient-centered
practices. Based at one of our prestigious hospitals, the appointed
candidate will play a pivotal role in advancing the quality of
healthcare delivery by overseeing compliance with healthcare
standards and regulations. This role involves analyzing patient
care data, coordinating with healthcare teams to implement
improvement plans, and ensuring all services meet the highest
standards of safety and effectiveness. Conduct regular audits and
reviews to ensure adherence to all applicable regulations and
standards. Work collaboratively with clinical teams to develop and
implement continuous improvement strategies. Analyze patient
feedback and clinical data to identify areas for improvement within
the healthcare services framework. Prepare detailed reports on
quality control measures and progress towards targets set by
regulatory bodies. Educate and train staff on best practices in
patient care and compliance procedures. Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills Effective communication and interpersonal
skills Proficiency in data management and analysis tools
Detail-oriented with an ability to oversee multiple projects
Knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and standards Medical

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
Certification in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred
