HCA Healthcare seeks a dedicated Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN
for our Inpatient Oncology department, providing exemplary
leadership and care in one of the nation's leading healthcare
environments. Utilize your skills to enhance patient outcomes,

Oversee the nursing staff and daily operations of the oncology
department. Collaborate with oncologists and other medical
professionals to ensure effective patient care. Develop and
implement policies for patient care and compliance. Conduct patient
health assessments and administer oncology treatments. Provide
training and mentorship to nursing staff. Excellent leadership and
team management skills Strong clinical skills in oncology
Proficient in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Ability to manage
multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Strong communication and
organizational skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) preferred
