growing team!SUMMARY OF POSITION:The Housekeeper is responsible to
maintain an elevated aesthetic appearance of the property and
ensure the overall cleanliness and vacant apartments, leasing
office, common areas, and any other property amenities.ESSENTIAL
JOB FUNCTIONS:Cleans the leasing office, common-areas, including
the common-area restrooms, model(s) rooms, vacant apartments, and
any other amenities daily or as directed by the supervisor.Maintain
the tidiness and order of all vacant apartments and model-rooms
throughout the day and to ensure the appearance is visually
appealing to potential residents.Prepare vacant units in a timely
manner, updating supervisor as work is completed.Notify supervisor
of any major repairs or issuesInventories cleaning supplies and
informs the appropriate supervisor when a re-order is
necessary.SUPPORTIVE FUNCTIONSIn addition to performance of the
essential functions, this position may be required to perform a
combination of the following supportive functions, with the
percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined
by the manager based upon the requirements of the location:Assist
with any resident inquiry.Follow all company and safety and
security policies and procedures.Report maintenance problems,
safety hazards, accidents, or injuries.Perform other reasonable job
duties as requested by direct and indirect supervisors.REQUIRED
SKILLS / ABILITIESThe individual must possess the following
knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and
demonstrate that they are able to perform the essential functions
of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some
other combination of knowledge, skills, and abilities:Superior
organization and communication skills.Ability to provide courteous
and professional service to residents, property managers, and
supervisors, vendors and other service providers.Must be honest in
time reporting. Reliable and on-time to work.Ability to work a
flexible work schedule, including weekends.Ability to read,
understand, and comply with product labels and safety, policy, and
procedure manuals.Must be knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use
and maintenance of cleaning fluids and tools.Must have demonstrated
ability to solve problems in a variety of practical situations and
follow standardized procedures.Valid drivers license may be
required.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEEducational degree not required.At
least one year of commercial cleaning experience
preferred.Specialized training: Multi-family property management
experience is preferred.LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONSAbility to
provide and maintain a valid drivers license as the position may
require the operation of motorized and electric vehicles.PHYSICAL
DEMANDSAbility to walk for extended periods of time.Ability to
climb stairs where necessary.Ability to handle a variety of
cleaning chemicals, including some that may require
pre-mixing.Ability to bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry
objects, and crawl in confined areas.Ability to push, pull, lift,
carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty-five (25) pounds
independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance.WORK
ENVIRONMENTPrimary work environments will be outside each property
and inside model and vacant units, leasing offices, and common
areas. Noise level is moderate. Movement includes but is not
limited to walking, crouching, crawling, and lifting. Ability to
work effectively and safely in environments that are not
