Summit. Weekend shifts are running 24/7 for the foreseeable future.
We will need multiple people to help cover, but we want
CONSISTENCY. No one is expected work every weekend, so we can do
every other or help balance. We don't want burnout! Rotating the
same persons for care. Nice lady, needing assistance for
incontinence, housework, and companionship. Good organizational
skills to help with some projects. She will need assistance with
all transfers. (We consider ALL applicants for all openings)
Clients join our family on any given day. We strive to give our
clients consistency with the same Assistant, so that both the
Client and Assistant can form their own relationship and routine.
To their needs and your own work-life balance. We want them
relieved to see a familiar face and we hope our Care Assistants
feel a sense of PRIDE in giving a family consistency!

Responsibilities: - Be caring and compassionate toward clients and
their caretakers. - Show up on TIME! - Assistance with personal
care and hygiene, including incontinence briefs etc. - Meal
Preparation - Light Housekeeping - Accompany clients on outings -
Shopping and errands - Medication Assist/Reminders - Ambulation and
transporting of clients - Provide companionship to clients -
Ability to follow care-plan - Documentation/Charting Requirements:
- Experience in life with Caregiving or professionally - Must be 18
years or older - Must hold a valid Driver's License - Demonstrate
good judgment when dealing with patients, visitors, families, and
co-workers
